Shipping

Within Canada

For shipping within Canada there will be a flat rate of $12. If your purchase comes to $150 or more before taxes at check out, you will qualify for free shipping.

Within Calgary

For purchases made in Calgary, you will be presented with the flat rate shipping option of $12 or a pick-up option. Our pick-up location is the local bakery, Pretty Sweet. We will require a minimum of 48 hours between your order placement and pick-up time. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please refer to the Pretty Sweet website for their hours of operation.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship internationally, but are working toward the capability in the future.

If you would like a package shipped outside of Canada email us at hello@ingoodkeeping.ca, and we can let you know the options.

Returns

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you. As each order is considered a final sale, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives incorrect or missing pieces, please email our customer service team at hello@ingoodkeeping.ca so we can help make it right.

If your package is damaged in transport, we are happy to replace those items. Please take photos of the damaged package and email us at hello@ingoodkeeping.ca so our team can assess the situation.
